Announcement

Effective 18th May 2020, all submission for work pass application no longer require asset owners to submit on behalf of their respective contractors and/or vendors. Authorised company’s representatives and/or agents are now permitted to submit applications directly to our office.

• Company Representative: Must be a Sabahan or a valid Work Pass holder and authorised by employer.
• Agent: With a valid APS License issued by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Sabah and authorised by client.
 

Methods of submission (hard copy/ by-hand):

i. Drop off: submission at front desk (9:00am to 5:00pm – Monday to Friday);

ii. Appointment: submission to our representative/ officers via https://phednp.setmore.com/ (9:00am to 1:00pm – Monday to Friday) – limited to 30 minutes per appointment.

In addition, we have revised our new checklist for work pass application and an additional front page template to be attached at every submission. Both, will be effective on 18th May 2020 onwards - for all new submissions. Kindly refer to attachment for more information.
